Privacy Policy

This policy describes what synvolve.solutions collects, why, where it goes, and what you can do about it. We have tried to write it so that it can simply be read.

In short

The site collects data in two ways. First, you fill in the form and send us your name and phone number. Second, while you read the pages, analytics services record your behaviour without identifying you.

Form submissions go straight into our team’s working chat. Analytics data is processed by Google and Microsoft on their own servers.

What you send us yourself

The contact form asks for:

  • Name — required, so we know how to address you.
  • Phone number — required, this is how we get back to you.
  • A description of the task — optional, you can leave it empty.

Along with this we receive the address of the page you sent the enquiry from, so we know which service or product it concerns.

The enquiry reaches our team chat through Telegram. We use this data to answer your request: to clarify the task, advise you, or prepare a proposal. We do not use it for mailings without your agreement.

What is collected automatically

Three measurement services run on this site.

Google Analytics 4

Connected through Google Tag Manager. It records which pages you opened, how long you stayed, where you arrived from, what kind of device you use, and which country you are in. Specific actions are recorded separately: button clicks, opening a messenger, a successful form submission.

Google’s user-provided data feature is switched on. It means the phone number entered into the form is turned into an irreversible hash and sent to Google along with the statistics. The number cannot be read back out of that hash, but we think it is right to say so plainly rather than bury it under “technical data”.

Microsoft Clarity

Records sessions and builds heatmaps: where you moved the cursor, how far you scrolled, what you clicked. It helps us see where the site is awkward to use.

Text you type into fields is masked by Clarity by default: in the recording it appears as dots. We do not see the phone number you entered in the session replay.

Server logs

The web server keeps standard technical records of requests, including IP address and browser type. These are used to diagnose failures and to defend against attacks.

Separately: to keep the form from being flooded with spam, we limit how many enquiries come from one address. For this the IP address is turned into a hash and kept for one hour. The address itself is not stored in the database.

Cookies

The site uses the following cookies:

  • _ga, _ga_3VQ0CMV86F — Google Analytics. They distinguish visitors and sessions. Stored for up to two years.
  • _clck, _clsk — Microsoft Clarity. They link actions within one session. Stored for up to one year.
  • pll_language — remembers the chosen site language. Contains no personal data.

Analytics cookies can be blocked in your browser settings or with an extension. The site will keep working; we simply will not see your visit in the statistics.

Who the data goes to

We do not sell data and we do not pass it to advertising networks. At the same time, the services we use process data on their own servers, and that is a transfer too:

  • Telegram — form submissions.
  • Google — analytics data, including the hashed phone number.
  • Microsoft — session recordings and heatmaps.

Google and Microsoft servers are located outside Ukraine, including in the EU and the United States. Both companies have their own personal-data policies.

How long we keep it

  • Form submissions — for as long as we are working on your request, plus a reasonable period afterwards in case the topic comes back.
  • Analytics — for the retention periods Google and Microsoft set for their services.
  • The hashed IP used against spam — one hour.

Basis for processing

You send the enquiry voluntarily, ticking your agreement with this policy before submitting. We use analytics to understand how the site performs and to fix what is awkward in it.

Your rights

You can ask us to show what data of yours we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also withdraw your agreement. Write to us and we will do it.

Clarity session recording can be switched off for yourself through the Do Not Track setting in your browser or with a script blocker.

Changes

If we connect a new service or change how data is handled, we will update this page. The date of the last update is below.
